I make this bread as rolls quite often. I usually mill some whole grain flour to substitute for part of the white bread flour, but otherwise follow the recipe. My method is to have the bread machine do the kneading and the first rise, then I form the rolls and prove a second time and bake in the oven. This recipe makes 12 rolls, and I bake at about 400 for 10 min with added steam then 10 min without. Excellent flavour and rise and they’re a favourite at family dinners.
