This is my favorite cookie cookbook. Like all of Rose's cookbooks her recipes are very well tested and all turn out perfectly. She gives all her recipes in both volume and weight, which I love. Every Christmas my daughter and I make 500 to 600 cookies,many recipes come from this book. It has the best rugalech recipe ever. Great book.
