The Silver Spoon: Pasta is a great resource for all types of pasta dishes. This book contains over 300 recipes for fresh and dried pasta. The recipes are easy to follow and I enjoyed reading about the history of each type of pasta. While not all recipes are vegan or vegetarian, there are plenty of them and most of the other recipes are easy to adapt.
