  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1 Tbl ginger, peeled and minced
  • 6 slices whole grain bread
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced thin
  • 3 slices red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 avocado, sliced thin
