Issue is actually Dec. 05/Jan. 06.

Simple, tasty way to add a healthy green veggie to an Italian meal. I prefer this with parmesan rather than pecorino but both are mighty good. Barely a recipe it is so simple. I do keep an eye on it while roasting and shake the pan once or twice to make sure browning doesn't turn to burning since the oven temp is fairly high at 450.
