These are easy to make and I like that she encourages you to use jam and dried strawberries, meaning you might have the ingredients to make the recipe without having to go to the store on a special trip. The crusts are great though prone to leaking (it could be because we live in a tropical environment and the humidity causes all pastry products to deteriorate rapidly) but I got no complaints.
