Like everyone else-I agree that this is a HUGE recipe even when halved. The other reviewer had a good idea to make two loafs--I will add that to my notes. I liked the combination of ingredients as it made a "different" but good tasting meatloaf. My husband did go back for seconds day one and day two! It made good sandwiches too. I would like to try this with BBQ sauce.

This was good, but I've made much better meat loaf. There were no problems with the recipe (other than the size - we made 3/5 recipe), the cooking time seemed about right, and the texture was good. I think it just didn't have anything special about it. My kids ate it, but wanted seconds on the parmesan smashed potatoes instead of the meat loaf. Also not pretty enough for me to bother photographing.

This Turkey Meatloaf has great flavor and the leftovers make very good sandwiches. I always cut this recipe in half and it stll makes a good size meatloaf.
