I made this last night after being reminded of my book by your recent reviews portugo. I used three nice breast pcs and did this in the oven -- I steamed the onion and garlic in the butter and oil in a sauce-[an and then added it to the chicken which had been baking in a little broth (I had the dish covered with foil during this time as I started with frozen chicken)for some time. The juniper flavor is really delicious with the chicken. I'd just spoon some of the fat off before serving and remove the larger berry pieces.
