3 “ Pretty good, but not so amazing that I would make it again

It's really hard to give any Cook's recipe less than 4 stars, but I have to stick to my scale and give it a 3 because I don't think I'd take the time to make it again. The soup was pretty good, not bland by any means. It was generally easy to make.

We garnished with garlic croutons and pancetta. Please do garnish the soup if you make it because it needs the texture.
