Great Curry dish fantastic flavor and very spicy a bit of yogurt or sour cream helps cool it down but still on the hotter end. I used the curry paste from the book pg. 99.

The flavour of this chicken tikka masala is very close to the butter chicken I have to order every time we go out for Indian. However, I found the sauce far too watery. I would hold off on adding the can of water at the end and see if it needs it. Pureeing the diced tomatoes could also add some weight to the sauce.
