I really wanted this to taste better because I really liked the preparation method. While it is better than the Deceptively Delicious recipe that includes cauliflower, I probably wouldn't make this again. In the end, I would rather make a tastier mac'n'cheese and have cauliflower on the side. It makes quite a lot (far more that 4-6 servings as the recipes states).

This was a great and very easy dish. I made the mistake of not putting cauliflower in it but it could only add to this dish. Perhaps even roasting the cauliflower could add more fantastic flavor. I added some breadcrumbs to the top before browning as I prefer browned bread topping to browned pasta. The Cheese mixture works fantastically I wasn't sure it would be enough at first but it was the perfect amount!
