This is a quick and easy chili which is incredibly delicious and nutritious. The quinoa is a great addition and really makes the meal interesting. Good flavour. I don't alter this recipe at all except adding a bit more beans and occasionally corn. Also freezes well, so handy to have for an extra quick meal.
