What a delicious burger. I used the spicy mayonnaise recipe p.119 and some of the Refrigerator Bread and Butter Pickles p. 283, bacon, cheddar cheese and the spice blend of ground Ancho chili, salt and pepper on this burger as suggested and it was so good.
