We love Martha Stewart's recipe for fried corn with thyme and onion. I must say I might even like this one even better with basil, zucchini (you could also use sugar snap peas the author says) and poblano pepper (Amy says or other med-hot garden chili pepper) and onion. Even my Dad and son enjoyed this one.
