Son really enjoyed this one. I thought a bit on the salty side. I prefer my own version of potato salad with just mayo as the sauce to cover the potatoes, eggs, onions, dill pickles and other things. In addition to mayo this one had Dijon and coarse grain mustards, green onion, apple cider vinegar, lemon, garlic and sweet paprika.
