This is really an almost all day project but fun to do. I also made Bev's Pie Crust from Page 159 which is fantastic and I made it before for the Spring Chicken Pie also from this book. I did get mad at myself since I forgot to add the grated potato to the cooling meat filling. I remembered it when the pie was about 1/2 way done. While the pie was good I bet it would have been even better had I remembered the potato. Hubby didn't care for the pie.
