This soup was loaded with flavor. Using both thighs and a whole chicken made a delicious broth. I had some leftover chicken for my grand puppy and also to make chicken salad for my work lunches for two days. I though making home made noodles would be hard but by following the well written instructions is was easy and they were delicious. Next time I'll double the noodle recipe though since I would have liked a few more in this deliciously satisfying soup.
