Hubby fell in love with these. He couldn't stop talking about how good they were. I didn't have lingonberry jam so I decided to use strawberry instead to spread on the inside before rolling up. I did serve them with the Maple syrup drizzled on top thought as suggested. We at them with some sausage patties. I agreed they were excellent.
