I have to say that I'm not normally a big fan of cauliflower. In attempting to try it out in a way that I might actually like it, I turned to Oliver and his cheesy soup. As with most in this cookbook, the recipe was very easy to assemble and the flavor was actually pretty good (even from a non cauliflower fan).
