I made these biscuits for our Sunday breakfast. They are quick and easy and I had all ingredients on hand as I always have butter, buttermilk, self-rising flour and tellicherry peppercorns. Son fried us some country ham and we had it in the biscuits. I also added some peach jam in mine with the ham. Hubby, son and I all thought these biscuits were great.
