This one takes a bit of work and time to put together but it's so worth it. Delicious. Even hubby loved. The Ciabatta bread gives it a nice crunchy topping. The author tells you that if you want to get it in the oven faster you can boil eggs, cook veggies and bacon, and make the cheese sauce the day before and keep in fridge till ready to assemble. The recipe serves 8 so I just made a half recipe.
