Oh my! This was delicious. It is a little labor intensive, but if you have the time to make it, it is worth it. I thought I had just bought a wonderful pastry from a top notch bakery. I froze one of the rolls and it was just as good as the first one we ate. Just a few seconds in the microwave made it taste like fresh baked.
