While this is probably considered and appetizer we ate it as part of our supper. Served with Ritz crackers, and a choice of Bread and Butter pickles or dill. Even son who doesn't normally enjoy pimento cheese enjoyed this one. Was surprised at the addition of a little crushed tomatoes but it worked in this.
