The sesames and cumin sprinkled on top added a wonderful flavour to this flatbread. Instead of using all purpose flour as the recipe called for I substituted Indian Durham Atta flour. As a result, the flatbread was a little sturdier and chewier. I will definitely make these again and perhaps mix the flour half and half.
