Ingredients:
  • 1 c dried chickpeas
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c basic tehina sauce
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 t cumin
  • paprika
  • chopped parsley
  • olive oil
Notes: soak chickpeas with 1 t of soda. In pot with 1 t soda, bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer till tender and then some more. Compbine peas, sauce, salt and cumin in processor. Puree till smooth and then puree some more. Top with paprika, parsley, oil
