The hardback was a much better read than Quintet. Recipes I tried were pretty good, but a bit on the oily side. Also a bit blander than I expected.
This 1977 Time-Life Foods of the World volume covers the cuisines of Spain and Portugal, with 8 recipes indexed on Cookbooker. Member reviews of individual recipes average 3.5 out of 5 stars, with Ervilhas Guisada à Portuguesa, Tortilla de Patate, and Broa receiving the most feedback. The book itself received a 3 out of 5 rating from one member review.
