There are several editorial mistakes in this book. I tried to contact the publisher and the author re a site I could check for corrections. It is 2 months later and no response. I have since found out on other sites that a number of people have the same complaint. It is disconcerting not to have faith in the amounts for ingredients listed in recipes. Two recipes I have looked at have no mention of ingredients in the recipe that corresponding steps in pictures make mention of.
