This was a great and very easy dish. I made the mistake of not putting cauliflower in it but it could only add to this dish. Perhaps even roasting the cauliflower could add more...

Rice was "light and fluffy" should have cooked mine a little more. Also I don't have a collander that fits nicely inside of my pots covering with foil helped but still not great....

Great Curry dish fantastic flavor and very spicy a bit of yogurt or sour cream helps cool it down but still on the hotter end. I used the curry paste from the book pg. 99.
