About me: Love love love Italian food, cooking in Mexico Tuscany, Rome, Umbria ,Bologna and Florence. Two cooking classes in Tuscany were wonderful I can make pasta from scratch. Fresh herbs from the sides of the road were delightful Need to go to Puglia next!
