This was the first paste I made from this book and it's really excellent. I omit the fenugreek. Used to make his jalfrezi curry also in this book. Medium spicy and freezes perfectly.

Really great curry paste on the slightly milder side. Very easy to make and I usually double it and freeze. Makes excellent veggie or meat curries.

Made this paste with garlic and chilies from the garden. I omitted the fenugreek since I was all out. Most of this batch goes to the freezer for fall and winter meals. Another easy paste to be used to make curries in the next few months. Spicy and delicious.

Evolution carrot salad reviewed by Kestrel
We love carrot salads and this is a good one. I added some shaved Brussels sprouts from the garden and added the nuts and clementine. I’m sure the feta or goat cheese would be very good in this.
