quick, easy, moist, delicious... I always seem to have the ingredients for this one on hand too. I double the batch so I can use a 9x13 pan. Also, I have a metal mixing bowl I use as a double boiler so I don't risk burning the chocolate.

Had I known how simple it was to make chicken broth I would have started doing this years ago. This is so much better than what you get in stores, and it's a huge cost savings too. I made some pulled chicken sandwiches with the chicken when I was finished...

We ate it, but I won't be making it again. I think it was a bit salty, and the textures were just weird together. I'd try a low sodium broth and add salt as needed.

I was so excited when I found this recipe because I've been wanting to do pulled pork sandwiches without store bought bbq sauce. I was soooo disappointed with this though. No flavor at all, and in the end I had to save it by adding bbq sauce.
